Material information about how management will mitigate disruption if it occurs (see paragraph 11.4(d) ) could include: (a) a description of actions management has taken to mitigate disruption in the past and an analysis of the effectiveness of those actions; and (b) a description of the actions management plans to take to mitigate disruption if it occurs in the future and of the expected effects of those actions.
