The information provided about factors and trends in the entity’s external environment shall enable users to understand: (a) the nature of those factors and trends; (b) how the factors and trends have affected or could affect the entity; (c) how management monitors and plans to respond to those factors and trends; and (d) progress in responding to those factors and trends.
