An entity’s management commentary provides information that complements information in the entity’s financial statements, thus enhancing users’ understanding of the entity’s financial performance and financial position reported in those financial statements. Management commentary also provides information that complements other information in general purpose financial reports, including information in sustainability-related financial disclosures, if the entity provides that information outside management commentary.
